Alonzo R. Bell, Jr., CCIM has been a commercial real estate broker since 1989. He founded Randolph Real Estate Services Company in 2000. His duties include sales, leasing, property management, consulting, and exclusive representation of commercial real estate portfolios. He obtained the CCIM designation in 2003, a designation held by approximately 6% of all commercial real estate professionals.
Alonzo received his BSE from Princeton in Civil Engineering & Operations Research. He is also a graduate of the VA Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Leadership Hampton Roads Program, the CIVIC Leadership Institute, and the Minority Business Executive Program at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Alonzo is active in many organizations including the Board of Directors of the Boy’s and Girl’s Clubs, the Newport News Economic Development Authority / Industrial Development Authority, the Virginia Peninsula Chapter of the 100 Black Men of America, The Virginia Living Museum, the Newport News Education Foundation, and the Newport News Alliance for Youth. Alonzo was also formerly active as a Board Member and Board Chairman of the Thomas Nelson Community College Local Board (term expired), the Christopher Newport University Luter School of Business Board of Advisors (term expired), and the Newport News Green Foundation (term expired).
Alonzo is a native of Newport News, VA, is happily married to Sandra Clark Bell, and has two daughters, Alecia and Alexis.
